Review Diet :D




Assalamualaikum..:D

cam biase,ape yg baru masuk blog ni,tgk dulu bab 1,tapi kalo malas nk scroll sampai bawah,ni link die,CLICK

so,kite ingat la balik pe yg penting lam diet ni k? mane tawu lau korang lupe...(atau malas bace):)

btw,Streamyx aku lembab sgt,sampai skang ni aku x bole nak fight ngan membe aku sape tenet paling laju..tepakse wat pertandingan baru "Loading Page paling Lembab"..thx streamyx,aku menang=D


-Carbohydrate x bole melebihi 20 grams setiap ari...

-Jangan fikirkan pasal kalori (wo,bole mkn banyak)

-Breakfast jangan Skip (untuk elakkan badan masuk mode lapa)

-minum air suam 3-4 gelas stiap kali sblum waktu makan (diet coke or pepsi max x bole,jangan degil)

-bile makan ayam yg berkuah,jangan amek kuah,coz lam kuah banyak carbs sebab de gule

so,banyak lagi info kat bab 1..so,bace sume betul2 eh,lau x bcae betul2,maknenye ko xreti membace..isk:(

k,thx sesape yg masuk blog nih,sebagai ganjaran,aku nak kasi korang enset nokia sorang satu..

tuh pun lau aku owner nokia..huhu....

btw,nanti ade 1 iklan untk personal Atkins trainer nih,t la aku cite lebih lanjut..

ni ade lagi gamba lame aku,mane tawu bole bagi inspirasi ke an...

    agak2 20gram sehari tu by mana,..

    pagi td akak bekfast,.2telor rebus+salad4helai+1/2 tomato+selai kobis+1sudu mayonis

    Akak nak tau la, cendawan tiram boleh dimakan x dlm program diet ni?
    Sbb td akak ada grg sayur campur2 = bronkoli hijau + bronkoli putih + kacang panjang + kobis + cendawan tiram dlm sayuran grg td tu.
    Xpe ke dik cendawan tiram tu???

    ni akak nk kasi tau,..arini cukup seminggu akak buat induction,..berat dh turun 64kg, krg 2kg,tuu,..dr 66kg...chaiyok!! chaiyok!!...thanks dik sharing ur experience,..semua org boleh kurus kan, yg penting eat healthy

  9. alhamdulillah sama cm akak kt ats ni..2kg in 1st week..tp rasenye dzul ada ckp sepatutnya 1st week trun byk..
    so 2kg ni cm dikira ckit ke?just nk make sure kot cara silap or ada pape xkene..
    normal or kurang ke cmne klu 2kg in 1st induction week...???

  10. tul laa,..greatgirl k.liza pun turun 2kg jer,..tapi org lain cam turun byk kan,..sampai 5kg tuu,..tak per yg pasti turun gak kan,..so kita tgk cam ner 2nd week nii,..ke kena mkn dlm sebelum kul 8,..tapi selalu akak terlebih brp minit jer,..dlm8.10 dh abis mkn,..atau kena air dh minum sblm mkn,..kt mana silap yer,..tapi kira ok laa,..at least turun gak kan,..tanpa berlapar dan pill diet,..chaiyok!chaiyok!

  11. a ah la k.liza hepy mmg hepy atleast trun alhamdulillah.hehe tp just nk confirmkan ngn dzul mana la tau 2kg ni dikira ckit sbb ada buat silap kt mana2 ke..so xkan ulang kesilapan yg sama lg..
    tgh pk gak ni pe yg silap..maybe sbb mkn sup or tomyam wt guna perencah kot..perencah tu maybe byk carbo..hehe still wondering~
